Jerry has over 25 years of financial and operational experience in companies from start-up to $1 billion in revenues. In a CFO capacity, he has helped companies with cost and revenue analyses, acquisitions, public offerings, cash management, reengineering operations, financial and SEC reporting, strategic planning, forecasting, financial analysis, cash flow, and accounting and operational controls. He has been directly involved in overseeing all aspects of finance, operations, legal, human resources, and recommending and analyzing new and existing marketing programs and business opportunities.
   
       
   

Jerry has over 10 years of experience working directly with entrepreneurs on issues ranging from strategy planning to day-to-day operations.

Jerry helps customers through his focus on increased revenues and a reduction in operating expenses by organizing, developing and implementing the financial and operational processes required for growth, increased profitability, and meeting rapidly changing market and operational demands. He provides and implements plans at a tactical level thereby ensuring success by establishing performance standards and metrics to hold associates accountable for results at all levels.

Jerry received his BS-Business Administration degree from Duquesne University and his MBA degree from Florida Atlantic University. He holds a CPA license and belongs to the AICPA and MACPA.

    Bob Kocak        
Bob has over 25 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, data manipulation and systems integration, pricing analysis and business development, asset management, capital budgeting, process improvements, scorecards, metrics, dashboards, performance and benchmarking analysis, valuation methods, mergers and acquisitions, economic value-added valuation models, and cash flow ROI.   Bob has consulted with organizations in both profit and non-profit sectors.  He has advised C-level management from burgeoning entrepreneurships to global Fortune 500 companies.
 

Bob’s  customers included business plan development for a high-tech startup firm for venture capitalists, development of financial models for consolidation of monthly operating results improving reporting and analysis for a billion dollar energy company, implementation of complex tranches (synthetic leases) for a global food processing company for tax purposes, conversion of ERP systems and integration of disparate systems improving processing results of financial records, and development of ad hoc creative reporting systems for FEC compliance involving 50 separate organizations in 14 states.

Bob holds a Certificate of Professional Development from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.  He has an MBA in Finance/Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, a BA degree in Computer Science for Point Park University, and a BS-Business Administration degree from Duquesne University.  Bob holds a CPA license.
